Contract related to: Addendum to Contract FED/2019/408193 - Technical Assistance for the implementation of the Dialogue Facility EU-Angola II - The action aims to reinforce the efficiency of the EU cooperation and of the¿Team Europe¿ approach in the country; promote JWF strategic objectives; and enhance EU¿s strategic communication and public diplomacy by complementing and providing added value to the implementation of cooperation programmes and Joint Way Forward¿s objectives and by creating synergies and disseminating information and visibility about EU¿s action in Angola and EU¿s multilateral agenda.This action will contribute to the successful preparation, implementation and visibility of development cooperation between the European Union and Angola and foster a more coherent and informed approach to policy dialogue and to development cooperation. Furthermore, it falls within the context of the abolition of the National Authorizing Officer (NAO), as provided for in the provisions of the NDICI-GE, and of the new relations to be developed between the EU and Angola on the basis of an enhanced strategic dialogue.
