About this project

<p>Forest inventory is crucial in providing status of the resource base for planning interventions for sustainable use and conservation. The information generated through the National Forest Resources Monitoring and Assessment of Mainland Tanzania (NAFORMA II) will be a tool to support national forest resource planning, achieving sustainable forest management, halting and reversing land degradation, combating desertification, mitigating climate change and forest restoration.</p>
