EARTH ¿ Enhanced Agroforestry for Resilient Timorese Households

About this project

<p>The <strong>goal</strong> of the action is to increase food and income security and ensure sustainable and equitable benefits for Timorese women and men, including youth and other vulnerable groups, through a thriving climate-resilient agroforestry sector This impact will be achieved through four interrelated objectives such as:</p><p><strong>Objective 1</strong> ensures robust community and stakeholder engagement and ownership in agroforestry and carbon farming initiatives through comprehensive participatory planning</p><p><strong>Objective 2</strong> contributes to seeing ecosystem services restored and agricultural productivity enhanced through inclusive climate-resilient agroforestry practices</p><p><strong>Objective 3</strong> will see gender equality and women¿s empowerment advanced through agroforestry development</p><p><strong>Objective 4</strong> will see farmers' incomes increased from agroforestry products</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);">The </span><strong style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);">Expected Outputs</strong><span style="color: rgb(13, 13, 13);"> of this Action that contribute to the above overall and specific objective are:</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Output 1.1</strong>: Complete the agroforestry mapping and contextual analyses.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Output 1.2: </strong>Support the communities and stakeholders in participatory land use planning (PLUP).</p><p class="ql-align-justify">…
