About this project

<p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: black;">The specific outcome for this EU Grant is to support the development of green hydrogen and sustainable synthetic fuels value chains with the following results areas: </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: black;">1)The institutional and regulatory framework for the development of a green hydrogen industry is established and enhanced.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: black;">2)Market development, business cooperation and mobilization of finance for unlocking public/private investment in green hydrogen and downstream industries is facilitated.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: black;">3)Capacity for planning and tendering procedures for Common User Infrastructure (CUI) for the development of a green hydrogen shared ecosystem.</span></p><p><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: black;">Cross cutting actions will contribute to:</span></p><p>i)Improved access to baseline data to track and determine the impact of green industrialisation on the livelihoods of people living in the Southern Valley. Enhanced support base for the green hydrogen as a driver of economic development in a sustainable and responsible manner, through environmental, health and safety risk management.</p>
