About this project

<p><strong>Conecta for Guatemala (ConectaxG)</strong> will address Guatemala¿s needs to promote financial inclusion and accelerate a just green transition and an Inclusive Digital Transformation, while creating local added value and promoting growth, employment (and quality jobs), financial inclusion and social cohesion in the MSME¿s Finance and GreenTech sector, among others.</p><p>With the aim of promoting the development of the Guatemalan MSMEs ecosystem - especially microenterprises (MEs) and Small and Growing Businesses (SGBs) - from a green and digital transition perspective, Conecta for Guatemala bases its ¿connection¿ on strategic alliances with two Key Implementing Partners, i.e. solid financial actors with proven experience and significant capillarity in the Guatemalan territory (also at regional level), and with the capacity to catalyze innovative proposals at scale and foster innovation.</p><p>The action will be complemented by cross-cutting actions, at the meso level, in particular within the microfinance industry, with strategic aggregators to promote a more diversified microfinance industry and conducive environment to strengthen the Guatemalan MSMEs and green inclusive finance ecosystem.</p><p>The Programme will be based on two pillars:</p><p><strong>I.
