About this project

<p>The overall objective (Impact) to which this action contributes is: to support the Delegation in providing professional services for organizing events, trainings, meetings, workshops, material production and possible visits.</p><p>The specific objective (Outcome) of this contract is as follows:</p><p>To assist the EU Delegation in Vietnam (EUD) in providing comprehensive, professional services necessary for organizing events, trainings, meetings, workshops, material production, and possible visits, in accordance with the Delegation¿s needs. These services will ensure the successful execution of activities aligned with the objectives of the EU-Vietnam partnership.</p><p>This work may include but are not limited to:</p><p>- Venue renting and logistic set-up;</p><p>- Catering service and serving with support staffs;</p><p>- Equipment provision and set up including basic light and sound system, online meeting technical equipment, simultaneous interpretation equipment (including cabin, headphones) with technical resource person and photographers;</p><p>- Publication and materials production including design, print and distribution;</p><p>- Post-event services including meeting recordings, feed-back collection, photographs and reports;</p><p>- Logistic set-up with transportation and travel arrangement.</p>
