Contract related to: Phase II of PEUMP - SPREP - Mitigating Threats to Key Marine Species - The overall objective of this action is to contribute to the sustainable, integrated and inclusive management of the Western and Central Pacific ocean, its marine resources and ecosystem services The Specific(s) Objective(s) of this action are to 1.   Strengthen ocean governance at a national and regional level 2.    Enhance the sustainable development of oceanic fisheries  3.    Strengthen the community-based, gender inclusive, sustainable and climate-resilient management of the coastal blue economy 4.    Enhance marine and coastal ecosystem resilience in the context of climate change 5.   Increase the regional and national availability of skilled professionals in ocean, climate adaption and biodiversity related fields
