Enhancing DG Forestry Capacities to Implement Timor-Leste Forestry Sector Strategy 2026¿2035 as a Contribution to National Green Growth

About this project

<p class="ql-align-justify">The <strong>specific objective </strong>of this call for proposals is to provide capacity-building support to DG Forestry so that it is in better position to successfully implement its own projects. </p><p class="ql-align-justify">Capacity building support will focus on the skills and competences related to the following thematic fields:</p><ol><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>Those specific to project implementation, including</li><li data-list="bullet" class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>Technical aspects: agroforestry, markets (including carbon markets<span style="color: windowtext;"> </span>and certifications), IT, climate change, biodiversity, organic production or other </li><li data-list="bullet" class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>Methodological guidelines for all project phases, from identification to evaluation </li><li data-list="bullet" class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>Capitalization for scaling up and replicating.</li><li data-list="bullet" class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>Cross-cutting issues such as gender, vulnerable population groups or other</li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>Those necessary for generally fulfilling DG Forestry public mandate including, but not limited to, policy coordination, regulation…
