Technical Assistance Facility - Support to South Africa's Just Energy Transition

About this project

<p>This Technical Assistance will support the EU in implementing South Africa¿s Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) priorities by strengthening policy coordination, institutional capacity, and delivery across the electricity sector. It will support national stakeholders to design, sequence, and implement reforms, enhance inter-institutional collaboration, and improve planning, financing, and governance frameworks. The assistance will enable adaptive, demand-driven support aligned with evolving policy priorities, promote coordination across public and private actors, and contribute to a just, inclusive, and effective energy transition in line with EU cooperation objectives and national development goals.</p>
