About this project

<p>The overall objective of this Contribution Agreement with IOM is that displacement-affected communities (DACs), especially women and marginalised groups, strengthen their resilience to climate risks, achieve greater self-reliance, and advance sustainable (re)integration within more cohesive communities.</p><p>The specific objectives:</p><ol><li data-list="ordered"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><strong>Infrastructure & access to basic services:</strong> DACs have sustainable access to inclusive, climate-resilient water, waste management and energy infrastructure and services, underpinned by effective operation and maintenance systems and delivered by capable public, private, and civil society actors.</li><li data-list="ordered"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><strong>Economic opportunities &amp; Financial Inclusion: </strong>DACs have access to resilient, climate-adaptive livelihoods through green enterprise growth, inclusive finance, and integrated support systems, with energy, water, and waste providing both incomes and essential services.</li><li data-list="ordered"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><strong>Systems and social cohesion:</strong> Institutions at federal, state, and district levels have strengthened capacity to deliver displacement-inclusive, climate-responsive urban and territorial systems, including land governance, management, and tenure at community and site levels, while community-led approaches…
