<p>Contrat blending avec AFD (20M prêt AFD/7M contribution UE) pour projet interconnexion Manéha-Linsan en cours (construction ligne HT + électrification rurale CTR 446 014). Le topup servira entre autres à l'extension du périmètre du volet distribution avec un passage de 40 à un maximum de 65 quartiers et localités electrifiés.</p>
