About this project

<p>Strengthening the capacities of CSOs/CBOs in promoting climate change adaptation's activities through the full involvement of all vulnerable sectors of the communities, as well as promoting a stronger participation and activation of rural communities in identifying, implementing and monitoring activities contributing to adaptation to climate change and climate justice through the elaboration of a Local Adaptation Plan (LAP) and the implementation of its priorities.</p>
