Contract related to: Support for the operation of the Administration for Financing and Promoting Energy Efficiency in Serbia - The Action will promote the green agenda by reinforcing environmental protection, contributing to energy efficiency, accelerating the shift towards a low-carbon and circular economy and improving the transport sector. The Action will have a significant impact on waste management through improving waste management in the Regional Waste Management Centre Novi Sad, and improve the management and negotiation capacity of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.The Action will support the maintenance, efficiency and service delivery of the transport sector, and promote energy efficiency.Legal harmonisation is a long process starting from the transposition of EU legislation into national law to its effective implementation. In this regard, it is necessary to provide support to the harmonisation process with EU legislation and the implementation of reforms and law enforcement.It will be necessary to support all actions contributing to the reform process in the road and rail sector. The most important segments of the reform process relate to strengthening the institutional arrangements in the road and rail sector, as targeted by the Action.
