<p><span style="color: black;">The Multi-Donor Action ¿Climate and Sustainable Energy Partnership¿ (CASEP) is jointly co-financed by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) as part of the BMZ project ¿Sustainable Energy and Climate Change Adaptation as a contribution to resilience in Libya (SECCAR)¿. </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify">The <strong>Overall Objective</strong> of the Action is to ¿support Libya to combat climate change and protect its environment.¿</p>
