About this project

<p>The project aims at addressing urban challenges in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. Building on identified urban development needs and climate change-related challenges, the UPFI 3 East Facility¿s rationale is to accelerate the implementation of a common strategic vision for sustainable urban development in the respective countries of the Eastern Neighbourhood.</p>
