Contract related to: Promoting Market-oriented Investments and Innovations for Sustainable Agri-food System Development in Palestine - This action will further leverage opportunities provided through joint programming. Concretely, it will provide the means to further develop and implement Team Europe Initiative ¿Sustainable Growth, Jobs and Resilience¿, to be led following the division of labour agreed upon amongst Member States. This action recognises that the private sector is the main leverage to generate growth and jobs supporting green transition in Palestine. Palestine faces the urgent need to address some major environmental and climate challenges. A robust and comprehensive green economy strategy is to be articulated and implemented, with Private Sector as the core actor of it. In line with the objectives agreed among European Development Partners , namely ¿promoting sustainable private sector development¿ and ¿enhancing farmers resilience¿, the proposed action is articulated along three broad areas: 1.    Promoting the adoption of innovative green technologies by the private sector; 2.    Enhancing access to green finance to private investors; and 3.    Developing a sound enabling framework for environmental and economic policies.
