About this project

<p><span style="background-color: white;">The action will be implemented by the Open Government Partnership Europe and is complimentary to the project, </span>Strengthening the fight against corruption in EU Eastern Partnership Countries project, also established under EU4Intergity II and implemented by the Organisation<span style="background-color: white;"> for Economic Co-operation and Development. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;">The action is designed to strengthen democracy and improve citizens' lives in Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries through the preparation and implementation of an action plan to improve open, inclusive and accountable governments, able to resist corruption. The intended impact of the Action is reduced corruption and more open and inclusive governments in the EaP countries.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;">The main expected outcome of this Action is the mainstreaming and implementation of open government and anti-corruption approaches in EaP countries. To support the completion of this outcome, OGP will engage a broader range of government and civil society actors, strengthen the reformers, enhance partnerships with international partners and multilateral institutions, and provide assistance in the co-creation and collaboration on the open government and anti-corruption reforms in an inclusive manner. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;">The proposed activities include supporting the design an…
