Contract related to: Support measure for technical assistance for the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme between Albania and Kosovo under the instrument of pre-accession assistance (IPA III) 2022 allocations - The programme for cross-border cooperation between Albania and Kosovo will be implemented under the framework of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA III). IPA III supports cross-border cooperation with a view to promoting good neighbourly relations, fostering union integration and promoting socio-economic development through joint local and regional initiatives. The objective is to promote good neighbourly relations, foster Union integration and contribute to social, economic and territorial development of the programme cross-border area by improving environment protection and preservation of resources, and developing sustainable nature-and-culture tourism.
