About this project

The Hi-Bar Programme will contribute to accelerating the transition to a greener, low-carbon economy in Ukraine, by making available support for investments in the next generation of climate mitigation measures and business models in the energy, materials and CRM sectors. It will help to address market failures and the sub-optimal investment situations exacerbated by the on-going war through the UIF Guarantee and the associated Action TA.
