About this project

<p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: black;">The Action will strengthen CSO capacities, foster regional cooperation and create engagement opportunities in policy and decision-making on the GAWB, corresponding to the Call's overall and specific objectives. The Action 1) gathers actors from six WB economies and regional partners, to enhance regional cooperation, good neighbourly relations and reconciliation; 2) improves public participation, contributing to participatory democracies. Key to successful EU integration of the region are CSOs engaged in policy monitoring, initiating and being credible participants in policy dialogues, advocating for their communities¿ interests, and mobilizing citizens. Partners¿ efforts will be directed at advocating for inclusive GAWB implementation, engaging local and national level CSOs as well as the wider public in policy debates, and monitoring the results of reform processes. Through financial support, the Action will strengthen the local CSOs¿ participation in regional networks and raise their capacities, contributing to the overall and specific objectives of the Call.</span></p>
