About this project

<p>AAP 2024, Action EU4Economic Cohesion, Output 3.2. Strengthened capacities for effective and efficient management of agriculture (3) Veterinary system</p><p>Enhancing the Veterinary and Food safety systems through:</p><p>-Further alignment of the national legislation with the EU <em>acquis </em>on veterinary, food safety, animal health and official controls.</p><p>-Development and implementation of animal disease risk analysis, strengthen the capacities for early detection of animal diseases and emergency preparedness, and implement integrated IT solutions for monitoring animal health and food safety.</p><p>-Improvement the effectiveness of the official controls through (a) capacity-building measures and procedural improvements, (b) modernised equipment for the performance of official controls, and (c) the digitalisation of the control routine and business management process.</p>
