To help improve environmental and sanitary conditions in the Upper Tiet Riverwatershed in the Metropolitan Region of So Paulo, thereby reducing the organic load from households discharged into the Tiet River, through the sustainable expansion and optimization of the system for collecting, transporting, and treating sewage.
