About this project

The objective of the Lebanon Financing Facility (LFF), a multi-donor trust fund, is to support immediate socio-economic recovery of vulnerable people and businesses following the explosion in Beirut on August 2020 and to build the foundations for medium-term recovery and the sustainable reconstruction of the Port of Beirut and affected neighborhoods. The LFF is fully aligned with the priorities of the Lebanon Reform, Recovery and Reconstruction Framework (3RF) and seeks to accelerate the design and implementation of targeted reforms and strengthen institutional mechanisms and capacities for multi-stakeholder dialogue, monitoring and oversight.
