About this project

The Lebanon Financing Facility (LFF) seeks to support the immediate socio-economic recovery of vulnerable people and businesses following the explosion in Beirut on April 4, 2020, and to build the foundation for sustainable reconstruction of the Port of Beirut and affected neighborhoods. The LFF will be fully aligned with the priorities of the Lebanon Reform, Recovery and Reconstruction Framework (3RF). Furthermore, the fund will be guided by principles of inclusion, transparency and accountability, and it will seek to accelerate the design and implementation of targeted reforms and strengthen institutional mechanisms and capacities for multi-stakeholder dialogue, monitoring and oversight.
