About this project

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will pay in a capital contribution directly to IFDK's equity over a two-year period with DKK 100 million respectively in 2022 and 2023. With the capital contribution IFDK will invest in relevant green projects, while also tolerating a higher risk and possibly a lower return compared to IFDK's SDG Fund. IFDK will track and report on progress according to the defined results framework. It is IFDK's expectation that the contribution can mobilize an additional USD 100m through private investors and other development financial institutions for green financing in India.
