22F-Helvetas - Green Production Landscape Singida (GPLS)

About this project

The overall objective of this project is the following: “A sustainable green production landscape in Singida region Tanzania, allows smallholder farmers under an inclusive and green business partnership to viably grow, consume and market organic produce thereby getting food and income as well as regenerating their land and conserving a diverse agriculture-based landscape”. The Danida Green Business Partnerships (DGBP) programme funds and supports market-based partnership projects between commercial and non-commercial partners addressing climate and environmental challenges while contributing to inclusive growth and improved livelihoods. The programme builds on previous years’ experience with the private partnership program, DMDP.
