About this project
The programme management support function enhances the Somalia Bilateral Programme’s (SBP) quality and responsiveness through monitoring and evaluation, technical reviews and studies, structured learning activities, and targeted support contracts. It also includes an Adaptive Reserve that can finance cost-extensions or new engagements within the SBP’s existing objectives. The Somalia Bilateral Programme contributes to stability, inclusive governance, and sustainable development by addressing key drivers of fragility and supporting climate adaptation, green growth, rights-based state-building, and community resilience
