About this project

The objective of the development cooperation is that the state-owned power utility CFE is supported in fast-tracking preliminary plans for large scale onshore and possibly off-shore wind projects in the economically and socially disadvantaged state of Oaxaca and the South East of the country, in a way that ensures the protection of human rights and development opportunities for local groups, including indigenous peoples, and protection of the cultural heritage, environment and biodiversity.
