About this project

Overall objective of the programme is: Multi-level governance in Ukraine is increasingly transparent, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the population in the context of EU integration and rebuilding Ukraine. The programme will further implement and consolidate the decentralisation reform, that was initiated in 2016 by the Government of Ukraine. The aim of the project is to support actors at the national, regional, and local levels to be increasingly effective in fulfilling their tasks in the course of decentralisation and reconstruction and in the context of EU integration.
