About this project

Passive Houses for Moldova (PH4M) is part of the broader Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies in the Republic of Moldova (E4M) program. The Danish support for PH4M will help establish a new funding scheme focused on both renovating existing family houses and constructing new energy-efficient, low-carbon homes (near zero energy buildings – NZEB). In addition, the project aims to strengthen Moldova’s policies and legislation on energy-efficient housing, enhance capacity through training, and raise public awareness through information campaigns.
