About this project
The objective of the project is to strengthen climate resilience and food security among 3,000 refugee and host community households in Kakuma, Northern Kenya. It introduces climate-smart farming practices, including nanobubble irrigation, hydroponics, rainwater harvesting, and sustainable land management, to improve agricultural productivity, reduce water use, and create income-generating opportunities. The project also supports local market linkages and tackles food loss through biochar and charcoal cooling systems.
