About this project
The project aims to enhance the resilience of vulnerable mountain communities in Pakistan (Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral) by strengthening climate-adaptive agricultural livelihoods and promoting sustainable natural resource management. Specifically, it seeks to: 1. Increase access to diversified and sustainable agricultural livelihood opportunities, improving household food security and income stability. 2. Promote the adoption of climate-smart and innovative solutions, including regenerative farming practices, efficient water management systems, and inclusive green business models. 3. Empower women and youth through targeted support for women-led greenhouses, micro-grants, and green entrepreneurship, ensuring equitable participation in climate-resilient development.
