About this project

The project is aimed to strengthen the capacity of Guatemala to elaborate and submit its First Biennial Transparency Report (1BTR) and the Fourth National Communication and Second Biennial Transparency Report (4NC/2BTR) as combined report to comply with the established Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) for action and support, established by Article 13 of the Paris Agreement and its Fourth National Communication. The ETF was established under the Paris Agreement to build international account
