About this project

The proposed project paves the way for a two-way adaptation planning process combining top-down and bottom-up approaches in Senegal. It associates in its efforts existing NAP support initiatives, to address specifically, barriers related to vertical adaptation planning, implementation and M&E. Resources will be used to reinforce national and sub-national climate change coordination mechanisms, formulate a National Adaptation Plan informed by sectoral and local needs, and finally equip sub-natio
