In Cuba, the Climate Promise 2025 will play a crucial role in helping the country meet its NDCs. The project will focus on several key outputs to achieve this goal. Firstly, a National Strategy for increasing climate finance access will be developed, identifying gaps and barriers in the national financial ecosystem and creating a roadmap for Cubas integration into carbon markets.
