At the Intersessional Approval Process for the 91st meeting of the Executive Committee (ExCom) held on December 2022, through of the document 91/37, the ExCom approved stage II of the HCFC Phase-out Management Plan (HPMP) for Barbados for the period 2022 to 2030 to reduce HCFC consumption by 100% (2.4 ODP tonnes) of the country’s baseline.
