For example, climate finance needs to the effective implementation of RoC’s NDC 2.0 are estimated at 8,190.15 million USD by 2030, and the implementation of the NDC 3.0, currently under development, expected with higher ambition will require more resources According to OECD (2023), climate finance mobilized by RoC was only 440 million USD between 2002-202
