The current Project Initiation Plan (PIP) is intended to lay the groundwork for full-scale implementation of the Sustainable Agriculture Clusters and Logistics Enhancement (SCALE) project. The SCALE project document has been developed in consultation with JICA and submitted for review in October 2025, with implementation envisaged to begin in late 2026.
