About this project

Turkmenistan will prepare and submit its Second Biennial Transparency Report (BTR2) and its combined Third Biennial Transparency Report and Fifth National Communication (BTR3/NC5).The project will take full consideration of the capacity-building needs, gaps, and constraints in various thematic areas as reported in the BTR1 as well as the recommendations from the International Consultation and Analysis (ICA) process, and lessons learned.
