El Plan de gestión para la eliminación del consumo de los Hidroclorofluorocarbonos (HCFC) en Colombia comprende las estrategias de largo plazo, diseñadas para cumplir con los compromisos que ha asumido el país en el marco del Protocolo de Montreal, tomando como línea base el promedio de los años 2009 y 2010, para llegar a una reducción del 100% en el año 2030.
