About this project

The “Project” shall support digital transformation including identifying and strengthening capacities and bridging systems gaps through providing necessary equipment, hardware, software, digital tools, and platforms that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HD&SCR funding settings. The “Project” will build, operationalize, update, and maintain the new JRP information and management system guided by the concept and design proposed by the World Bank (WB), and operating under the purview of the HRCU. Activities will also include among others, developing a system for applications, approvals and tracking of funding that falls under the responsibility of Foreign Funding Committee (FFC), in its capacity as the governance committee approving all humanitarian, development and JRP funding.
