Le Tchad est un pays doté dun immense potentiel dans les domaines de lagriculture, de lindustrie etdes services. De nombreuses opportunités dans lindustrie restent largement inexploitées et sous-développées - et le secteur privé est confronté à un environnement qui nest pas suffisamment adaptépour accompagner et faciliter ses efforts. Lenvironnement n’est pas favorable à conquérir le marché.Le pays est riche en ressources naturelles - à la fois en matières premières, minérales, agricoles etpastorales - qui peuvent toutes constituer la base dune révolution industrielle au Tchad
