Acceso a la Justicia como Habilitador del Desarrollo

About this project

El presente proyecto busca desarrollar iniciativas de fortalecimiento de capacidades institucionales y comunitarias que contribuyan al acceso a la justicia, promoviendo el uso y goce de derechos para la igualdad, la equidad y la convivencia pacífica en los territorios. Alineándose en dos objetivos a la visión del PNUD en el marco del Plan Estratégico en donde se plantea: “2.2Civic space and access to justice expanded, racism and discrimination addressed, and rule of law, human rights and equity strengthened (SS 2. Governance)” y “6.2 Women’s leadership and participation advanced through implementing affirmative measures, strengthening institutions and civil society, and addressing structural barriers, in order to advance gender equality, including in crisis contexts (SS 6. Gender). En ese sentido, el proyecto contempla cuatro outputs: OUTPUT 1. Fortalecer a la Política Criminal y Penitenciaria; OUPUT 2: Fortalecer capacidades institucionales en la justicia formal; OUTPUT 3. Diseñar e implementar el programa de Justicia Juvenil Restaurativa; y finalmente, el OUTPUT 4. Apropiar la Jurisdicción Agraria y Rural (JAR) con enfoque étnico y territorial. Con la implementación de las acciones establecidas para cada uno de los cuatro outpus, el Programa contribuirá a reducir las brechas existentes de Acceso a la Justicia.
