Le Gouvernement de la République démocratique du Congo (RDC) a ratifié la Convention de Vienne et son Protocole de Montréal relatif à des substances qui appauvrissent la couche d’ozone le 30 novembre 1994. La RDC a en outre ratifié les amendements de Londres et de Copenhague au Protocole de Montréal le 30 novembre 1994 ; et les Amendements de Montréal et de Pékin au Protocole de Montréal le 9 février 2005.
