About this project

The Project Implementation Plan (PIP) aims to design a 4-year fully costed project document - Juba Climate-Smart Agro-Market Project - a flagship initiative in partnership with the Netherlands and the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, aligned with Somalia’s Agro-Market Model and the National Transformation Plan (NTP). The first 3 months (01 December 2025- 28 February 2026), which is the inception phase, will articulate a fully fledged project that will focus on key components, including defining the theory of change, relevant impactful activities, the implementation modality, the governance structure, and capacity assessments.
