About this project

This PPG Initiation Plan, developed by the UNDP Pakistan Country Office with the support from the Bangkok Regional Hub, describes how the project preparation grant from the GEF will be programmed to develop a full project document for the Project Integrated management of land and water resources for strengthening climate resilience in flood affected areas of Balochistan, Pakistan, with supporting documentation for submission to the GEF for CEO endorsement. The Project Information Form (PIF), submitted by UNDP as the GEF Agency, on behalf of the Government of Pakistan was technically cleared by GEF Secretariat and included in the January 2026 Work Programme of the GEF Council.
