About this project

This project aims to respond to acute food insecurity across four conflict-affected States facing severe constraints on agricultural inputs and market access critical for food production: Rakhine, Kachin andKarenni (which includes Kayah and South-Shan). Targeting more than 200,000 vulnerable people, including women-headed households, persons with disabilities, IDPs, stateless populations, and other shock-affected groups, the project will reduce negative coping strategies, stabilize food production and consumption, and prevent further deterioration of food security and livelihoods of vulnerable households and families.
