About this project

By 2027, national institutions, local authorities and other key stakeholders have strengthened their capacity to provide accessible, adequately funded, quality and inclusive early childhood education and care services for all young children 0-7, including the most disadvantaged such as Roma children, poor children, children with disabilities, and children living in rural areas, and refugee and migrant children.
