About this project

Given unsatisfactory PRS health outcomes in Garden Camp, UNRWA will assess all 141 shelters to identify those requiring rehabilitation or replacement to improve living conditions and overall wellbeing. Additionally, based on a broader assessment across camps in Jordan, the Agency will rehabilitate ten particularly hazardous shelters housing persons with disabilities, ensuring safer, more dignified, and accessible living conditions. To help vulnerable families manage seasonal challenges, UNRWA will also provide one-time winterization cash assistance to 5,608 of the most vulnerable PRS families.
