About this project

The aim of the Readiness project is to facilitate the country?s access to climate finance by supporting the NCC (NDA) in its currently structuring exercise, operationalizing its processes and procedures so that it can smoothly monitor and coordinate the GCF portfolio. The project also aims at facilitating the accreditation of national entities (one public and one private) and building their capacities to ensure national direct access to climate finance. Finally, the project will support Gabon?s REDD+ process to have all requirements for future GCF Results Based Payments access.
